KFC customer Service

Good Day. I walked into one of your establishments today one in Mokopane on Nelson Mandela drive. Upon queuing, two customers infront of me had issues with their orders because apparently the drink machine wasn’t working. One later was told that she should either take water with her drink or drive downtown to the other branch. I ordered 3 wrapster meals and was “told” it will have an addition of R5 each cause they giving me a buddy drink or I should take water, my budget was R150, so caused an inconvenience. When I tried to explain to the cashier by the name of Phindile( She didn’t even have a name tag on), she rudely told me to get out of the way so she can assist the next customer and just called the manager Robert to come and void the transaction. She was very rude and not even unapologetic about it like we deserved such treatment. The service was really bad.
