KFC Customer Disservice

Do you know what Customer Service is? More like Customer Dis-Service. You are absolutely pathetic and should discontinue this Service completely and fire all the service consultants, save the money and pass it onto the consumer because you are only fooling yourselves and the public about your so called Customer Service. I have called in at least 5 times asking for feedback on my case and guess what, the standard response "We will get back to you". Obviously they are trained like robots with no mental capacity, because I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.
