KFC customer care pathetic service!

Would not recommend KFC online option. They are ******** people. 3 weeks,multiple calls,5 customer care consultants...no help,no response and no feedback. They are pathetic! They need to stop working from home because they are all sleeping and getting paid but not doing their job. Its actually quite disgusting the type of customer care they provide.
