KFC Customer Care-No refund to date!!!

I placed an order online order on the 9th of March 2024 for delivery from KFC Raslow, they later canceled because they didn't have any delivery vehicles so they canceled the order. I then proceeded to order from another KFC in the area..to date my refund has not been processed and I keep calling every week without any progess, I'm being told to wait for an email and you would swear they are trained to say the same thing all they keep saying is "we apologize for inconvenience "..it's going to be a month waiting for my refund!!
