KFC customer care knows nothing

KFC has given me horrible service. I made an order for food online last night and my food didn't arrive. I gave them a call and it seems as though they are still unwillong to assist me. I have paid for nothing. If i could give them a zero i definitely would. They show no initiative in resolving my problem. The only person willing to assiste is a lady from the branch i ordered from. Headoffice employees are just useless and offer nothing positive to assist customers.
