KFC CUSTOMER CARE IS PATHETIC

Pathetic Customer Care.They are non existent.You call them to basically waste your own time.They either put you on hold until you hang up or they listen to you for the moment and after they put the phone down...you forgotten.Ive spoken to 4 different customer care agents regarding missing itme in delivery.I was told they wil call me back but never did.The last lady I spoke too was the worse..before I put the phone down I told her to send me a case number.She said she would but never did.This working from home customer care isn't working.Because these ppl don't do their jobs properly.She was worried more about her personal life than doing her job. Terrible customer care.
