KFC customer care horrible service

Horrible customer care service. I have been struggling for 3 weeks to get my issue resolved. I placed an order online. They took the money from my bank account, but never sent me the order number. I e-mailed customer care about this and sent in all the documents and information they requested. They don't call or email me, and every time I call them, they can't give me a straight answer.
