I cant believe how long its taking to resolve my most recent problem. I called back so I can resolve my case, however it is proving to be just as terrible as your customer service. I want my case resolved ASAP.

Just give me a voucher so I can be on my way because a refund is going to take a lifetime and I no longer have the patience to deal with your terrible customer service contact center.
