Kfc customer care

Been struggling for 6 weeks to get my refund. They took the money from my bank. No order number was given, so I couldn't get my food. Now they won't give back my money, even after I sent them all the documents they requested. And if you call them with your case number, they just ask you the same questions over and over again, but they can't give you any answers.
