Kfc customer care

I ordered a meal online from kfc two days in a row. The first day the driver found the address with no hassle. Today the driver sends an sms saying he has arrived at an unknown location. I make several attempts to tell this man he is at a different location. He then proceeds to take the order back and takes my tip and I Still have to understand that KFC is not liable for the tip that the driver they got to deliver, stole from me. This WILL BE the last time i EVER use KFC delivery service. KFC tells me that they will escalate the issue but I must know I will not get my refund back or feedback. Sies
