Kfc curie Avenue poor service

Ordered via the online service (promotional email kfc sent to me). The confirmation email, after I paid, said to click on the link when I was 2 minutes away, so that my order could be made fresh and ready for collection upon my arrival...which I did. Got there TEN minutes later and the order had not been received or bothered to be checked on. Needless to say I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDERING OPTION. KFC IS NOT PREPARED FOR THIS KIND OF TECHNOLOGY. Once again, I give kfc Curie Avenue a thumbs down.
