KFC Curie Ave Bloemfontein turn to Ghost House WHAT A BAD SERVICE

I have never had such a bad and poor Service from KFC i a really disappointed in KFC Curie Ave. Bloemfontein. firstly we got to the drive thru where we placed our order at 8:30 and we approached the first window whereby we have to pay and guess what there was no one at that window we waited 30 minutes with an Idling Car for someone to show up but there was no sign or a person telling us what was going on. Then i asked my son to go to the second window where we normally get our order. He came back after 2-3 minutes saying the KFC employees are saying we can come to the 2nd window. And that didn't help because we stood there for 20 minutes with an Idling car still and no one said anything to us still. On the till it was a Lady by the name of Nosibusiso i then got fed up and asked her what is going on and she rep**** that my order is done but she is waiting for Donald Magasane who i assume is the supervisor to come and assist her to pull the order from paying point to collection point, the lady was so furious she kept on saying the people who supposed to help her are in the office busy "chatting". And this whole thing took an Hour and when we got home We also found a piece of Hair in the Food. We couldn't go back as it is 17km to the Shop. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE FOOD WE GOT. And we spent R235 for all of these which could have been the Petrol i wasted while waiting for the Ghosts
