KFC Crownwood Worst service ever received in my life

This store must receive a 5 star rating for the worst service ever. Fist time I had to wait 15 minutes without service and no customers in front of the line and after complaining 15minutes later after thr promisesd the order will take 2 minutes they gave me another customers order. Their excuse was they are busy with training.

Today Friday 11 June 2021 the same thing happened. After 20 minutes waiting in the qeue they gave me the wrong order and still had to wait . Then they told me they are short one chicken and they first had to prepare it. No chicken and a line full of people behind me.

The fist time I could let go because of the training and tought it was a one time thing. I will never return and will not suggest this store to be used by anybody. In my life I have not received worst service and this 2 times in a row.
