KFC CRESTA MUST BE CLOSED DOWN

today after church l go to KFC out side the cresta mall to get some food , l order a box master , small chips and zinger wings , then l notice i made a mistake l ask the lady to change the zinger wings to dunked wings she ask me for 5 rand l tell her l dont have but she can take it out of my card. she tells me she can and l insist she must change it she says she will get the manager it take the manager 15 minutes to come out. when she come out l ask her please change the zinger wings to dunked wings she asked me what did you order l say zinger wing and she says who`s problem is it then . then l say wow is that what you call customer services she wanted to shout at me l tell am still wearing church attire and she is making me angry can she then give me my money so l can go she says no , she wants to start and argument and says to me that we will talk about it first loudly , then l say you deal with my lawyer can l have my receipt she refuses and then l tell she driving crazy ka sipedi then she says am swearing at her. so l told her to keep everything then l walked out . if this how KFC runs its business then people close it down, no one after a long day wants to intimidated , shouted at or ridiculed for something they are paying for. please may l have my money or we will end up in court for r106 and l want it back in my account. I WILL NEVER WALK INTO KFC FRANCHISE EVER AGAIN NO MATTER HOW HUNGRY I AM I WANT MY MONEY IN BANK ACCOUNT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS THANK YOU
