KFC crescent review in Umhlanga

I initially was not going to review ,however I ended up getting food poisoning from the meal I had. Earlier today I purchased a streetwise 2 from KFC the Crescent branch in Umhlanga Durban.

I then noticed that one of the pieces I was served was rotten and then tried to notify the cashier assisting at the till I asked to lodge a complaint and she was very abrupt in the way she handled the situation she offered no apology and further proceeded to hand me a replacement piece however I am real disappointed and disgusted by the customer service. I understand thy mistakes happen with food items but it can’t be an excuse to be rude to patient customer.
