KFC Craighall - PAY BACK THE MONEY. Thando Phama is still checking an hour later why Refund was not processed

On 28 Oct i ordered with KFC Craighall on KF App for Delivery. Delivery was supposed to be at 6:45pm and never showed up. I called the Customer Service as that was the only number to call and asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund processed for non receipt of order. Case-771392-D8D8P8. At 8:30pm, KFC Craighall called and said the Driver is outside. I mentioned that i asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as i had made alternate arrangements for food and wasn't home. To Date NO REFUND. Yesterday again i sent a complaint on the App, today a very rude Kgomotso dropped the phone after i asked her to send me a mail asking why she needed my bank statement. Thando Phama at 11:52am said she will check with Payments and get back to me. Till now, again no feedback and NO REFUND... PAY BACK THE MONEY....
