KFC Craighall park makes clients reverse to improve their efficiency ratings

KFC Craighall Park: it’s happened to me twice at the drive-through that I order at the order booth, drive to the payment/receipt booth, and then an unfriendly lady asks me to reverse, as it affects their “speed/efficiency” rating. It’s the only KFC where this has happened to me, but it is ludicrous. This staff behaviour makes me feel unwelcome as a client. Not sure what the lady’s name is but it was around 8h00 on 26 July. I’ll rather skip this outlet
