KFC Cradock disgusting service

Last night i had the worse experience at KFC in Cradock. I stood in the drive thru for 20mins with no one taking our orders. I add to barge inside the store and ask for assistance. I was told by the lady at the front desk that not department or problem. I was not impressed as the restaurant inside was filthy as hell. I went back outside and continue waiting. Finally when we got service a lady by the name of Marlene who is pregnant came to assist us. I asked what was taking so long and she said “just place your order. I’m tired and there’s a long queue” I lost my cool. This is not the service I expect when I’m buying KFC or any brand for that matter. I asked for her manager who found my complaint hilarious and laughed. His name is Rashden if I’m not mistaken. Marlene took our order and left her post when I asked for a pen to take down the manager’s name and didn’t bother to return. The attitude of the staff is shocking. They have no respect for their customers but more importantly don’t know anything about customer service. They rude and disrespectful and leave a bad taste in one’s mouth. This can’t continue and by the look of things in Twitter this franchise is notorious for this behaviour
