KFC Cradock

Today the team at KFC Cradock got parts of my order wrong. I contacted the branch and an assistant by the name Janine, humbly, professionally, apologised for their error and promised to have the correct order delivered to me at my work. Within 15 minutes Denolene Arries and another co-worker had the correct order, with added extras, delivered to me at my workplace by feet and in the scorching heat. Their level of professionalism and their example of "going the extra mile" is applauded. Thank you to these individuals, and the KFC Cradock team as a whole, for being dedicated to keeping me as a customer smiling!
