KFC cosmo city customer service

<p>I went to kfc cosmo cit last night at 19:14, upon arrival i found a lady by the name of FEIKI. Firstly she doesnt greet, she has this unfriendly look on her face when you greet her. Anyway, I ordered 4zinger wings and large chips and paid with R100 note, she then asked me for R2 for "donation", i said i didnt have she then made a snorty remark to her ***orker and i quote "its so exhausting to ask peple for R2 and they tell you they dont have" in all honesty had i known that the R2 is now compulsory when ordering i never would have walked in to begin with. Is this the kind of service to expect? Personally i always give R2 i was just annoyed by her approach from the begining which resulted in me not sparing the R2. In all honesty i dont think your staff memnbers understand what the meaning of "DONATION" is, furtheremore i dont think ill be going back to kfc anymore there is no sense of customer excellence what soever</p>
