KFC Cornubia Pathetic Service

This store is absolutely pathetic. ALL their staff is arrogant and useless. This store has no sense of service delivery and every single customer in the store today was complaining about the service at this branch, please review the footage if possible. The staff were standing around and having conversations while there were customers waiting to order and collect. This is the experience every single time at the Cornubia KFC. They get the order wrong every time and this is the third time I have ordered online, only to get to the store and they say their system is offline and it was never received, but there’s no issue with deducting the money from my account? The last time they offered to replace my meal with someone else’s meal that was a completely different meal to what I ordered, as if that is some sort of compensation. I have had this experience with this store on multiple occasions but this is the last time I will be buying from this store. Please review the employees and find people that actually want to be there.
