when i arrived the staff where extremely under trained. they could not pick up my online order even thou i showed them confirmation. about 5 mins later they realised that they where looking in the uber order screen and not the online order screen. once the order was found the manager insisted that they could not change the chicken from the streetwise two to hott and crispy. i eventually had to agree as my order was already paid for and could not cancel. i was then informed that the chicken ws not cooked and had to wait for 20 minutes. once again i had no choice but to wait because the order was already paid for. after 20 minz i recived my order and left. when i get home i see that the burgers given to me was infact a conel burger and zinger burger as per my order! worse service ever. would never use kfc cornubia mall again
