Its not a good idea to put your trainee staff to work the tills,half way through taking my order now she stops and asks for assistance because she doesn't know how to take the order. In the process other customers behond me gets their order taken before mine by another teller which is annoying coz its first comes first serve and clearly the staff does not portray that.
