KFC Cornubia disgusting food and even worse attitude!

KFC CORNUBIA selling us VERY OLD CHICKEN.

We went to purchase KFC at KFC Cornubia this morning, as we do 2-3 times a week because we work across them. When we tried to eat the chicken it is dry and lacks any flavour!!!!!!!!! We called to query this with the store and the lady who picked up the phone firstly refuses to give us her name or let us speak to a manager. She, telephonically agreed that she can see that the chicken is not up to standard YET they still sold it to us. One of the wraps was supposed to have Zinger sauce but did not! This is utterly shameful and disgusting behaviour from your store to refuse to cooperate with us. The meat tastes like it was just dropped in flour and put in oil. No secret spices.
