KFC containers WAY to valuable it seems.

This happened before to me in 2016, it was resolved by KFC... BUT, once again, I was at KFC Tokai now... wanted to buy a few clicks of white sauce. Once again, told, they cannot supply me with a container. Those coleslaw containers cost what? 10c 20c? I just spent close on R300 at KFC now, I wanted to BUY the white sauce, they would not supply me with a container... then don't give me your precious container, charge me for the damn container! No, rather let the customer leave the store unhappy! What the hell is it with the containers at KFC Tokai that makes it so damn valuable to them??? They did though offer to dump the sauce all over my chicken pieces, but, can you see the problem here? That would make it MESSY to eat, sauce all over the fingers etc... how about a cheap container, and then I can break a piece of chicken off and dip it in the sauce? And viola, its not a messy experience! Literally, if I don't want the sauce smeared all over my chicken, I will need to bring my own container for the sauce. Tomorrow, I will go Tupperware shopping for a special container to take with me to KFC when I want to add a few clicks of white sauce to my order. Is Siphiwo really the manager at KFC Tokai? Were they pulling my leg? The guy could not look me in the eye when we spoke, he just seemed to lack communication s****s... he even invited me to go list his store on Hellopeter... No manager in his right mind would do that?
