This KFC owner Charles Van Den Hever trading as Chargo Traders have no respect for South African Labour Laws. On the 28.07. 2015 the manager of this store with Supervisors walk out of this store because of the way the way this franchise owner is treating the as employees. Working conditions were as such that they could not work under these conditions any more. The Franchise holder went to great lengths to ********** altar some figures in order not to pay out some incentives. When the manager and the supervisor walked out he only offered the Manager a settlement. His terms and conditions of the settlement was the Manager must not talk to anybody about this incident and she must not take the matter to the CCMA. The manager decide not to take the offer. The Manager then decided the make use of her right and take the matter to the CCMA . The CCMA made an Arbitration Award in favor of the Manager and the Supervisor and KFC was find guilty of Constructive Dismissal. Award from the CCMA the KFC must issue both applicants with release letters and pay them out loss of salary for 4 months. Still after the CCMA ruling this KFC Franchise still don't want to adhere to the labour law.
