KFC Constantia Kloof - Unfair treatment

I am not not happy by the way we are treated today at KFC. Firstly, how do they put 1 person on the tills during lunch times? Secondly, we placed our orders before the UberEats guys got to the store but funny enough they were attended before us. They have been given preference over us, the walking-in clients. When we asked why are they taking long with our orders, the lady just shrugged and carried on with the UberEats guys. Our lunch hour was over, we had to explain when we got to the office as to why we are late. Lastly, they put this number up, ***, for complaints, but no one answers. I tried to call that number 3 times before coming on Hello-peter.
