KFC Constantia Kloof. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I am writing to you as a very disappointed customer.

I am a very loyal customer to KFC and always find myself buying KFC when I feel for take outs.

I order from your Constantia Kloof branch at the drive thru on the 06/01/2022 at 15:16pm as I thought I would get a meal for my family for supper.

I found interest in an item on your menu which is the all in one feast deal. I then proceeded to place my order and was advised by the cashier that there is no coleslaw. I then politely asked if the coleslaw could be swapped on for any other menu item which is of the same value. I was then advised by the cashier that the system does not allow any swapping out of any items on a meal. I then questioned the cashier as to why the particular item is not blocked out on the menu due to no availability. The manager then responded stating that the item was initial blocked out however, the wind blew the piece of paper away that was supposed to block the item out. I find this very untrue and very disrespectful to me as a customer and fellow customers of the KFC Brand.

Even through my frustration at this point, I advised the manager to proceed with my order as I have promised my family I would get KFC for supper.

Upon arrival at home it turns out that I was only given 5 pieces of chicken instead of 6. I believe this was done intentionally as the manager could not accept the fact that I as a customer was right.

I am highly disappointed in the service I have received from KFC Constantia Kloof Branch and I will leave no stone unturned in making this known to other customers to avoid any future disappointments from your loyal customers.

I feel that it is highly disrespectful when I have to pay the full amount on a Menu Item and still do not get what is advertised and compensation cannot even be made for that by even giving me just a simply side whether it even be cheaper. And to top it all of I get home and there is only 5 pieces of chicken apposed to the 6 piece that is advertised.
