Kfc constantia kloof poor service

We order from the kfc app at 17h15. Got told order will be deliverd by 17h38. The food only arrived 18h45, driver waa rude and food is ice cold.

Phoned kfc constantia kloof to complain and their response is we sorry, we will.send the driver back to collect food and bring new ones.

So we must wait another 1-2hours before we can eat.
