KFC complaint

Hi I purchased a 5 piece meal which was supposed to have 2 large fries however on receipt it was half filled fries. I took photographs /phoned them and emailed them . They asked for details of purchase I. E online payment branch etc and all I received was a request for same info, basically a standard mail response with no actual response dealing and sorting out the issue. They continue to send marketing emails but are absolutely pathetic as nothing came of my complaint despite the promises they make on billboards etc of keeping their customers happy.
