KFC Competitions need you to order at the TILL and get a TILL SLIP.

You go to the Kiosk, you order and pay for your food. Afterwards you see a flyer that says you can enter for a competition to win 1 of 19 Playstations. You qualify according to all the rules, and then you get home and want to enter, and you CAN'T. You log a call, and the call center agent simply tells you that the issue can't be fixed now, you have to go back and place another order, but pay at the Till. NOWHERE on the flyer or in the shop does it state that you HAVE to purchase at the till. The only mention of a TILL SLIP is in the T&C's: "This competition is open from Tuesday 15 July 2025 to Monday 15 September 2025 Any entries received after midnight on the last day will not be valid and not be considered. To enter, purchase to the minimum value of R29.00 or more at these selected KFC restaurants and enter via USSD with your unique number printed on till slip. Follow the instructions on the till slip." But again, anyone purchasing from a Kiosk would have thought the receipt is a Till Slip. Who knew?
