KFC COMPETITION

I bought KFC delivery during 30th May 2020 which took 2 hours for delivery and complained the service through Talk2Us SaKFCsurvey. com

The 08th June 2020 i was contacted by KFC from the number *** by someone called Anita to hear my complaint and finally won a competition of R5000 which she mentioned that the price will be paid within 2 months and took my banking details

The 31st July 2020 i phoned the number ***and this person said no its three months and my price will be paid in then followed by an email that it's three months price payment

The 27th August send an email and KFC never responded and phoned the 04th September again and they promised to respond

The 08th September 2020 full three months i have send an email to find out and KFC never responded and avoiding me because 3 months have passed

This is very bad service ever received
