KFC Commercial Road Pietermaritzburg

I Have NEVER in my life experienced BAD service. I arrived at 02:15 requesting 24 hot wings and the excuse was ALL WINGS ARE FROZEN, I spoke to the " Manager" Cindy/Sindy! I am NOT impressed, WHY are they a 24HR KFC if they can't produce all menues??
