KFC Coastlands Hotel Gatemax unworthy manager and poor leadership

Place an order at KFC Gatemax Coastlands Hotel Umhlanga, as I am waiting I see everyone getting their order who had come after me. I asked for help a staff name Ndumiso(name tag). Waves me of and says just stand there. I then requested to speak to the manager to find out whats the delay with my order and explain to him that Ndumiso was being so rude to me. Enter the scene Wilfred. Firstly he totally ignores me, after me requesting to speak to him. He tells me he's busy packing a customers order. Yet there are 5 staff members standing behind him doing nothing. I then explain to him what transpired and the starts laughing at me. This is so terrible no wonder his staff has no respect for their customers. I then I asked him why are u laughing. He continued to laugh at me. I then requested his Surname , which he refused to give me. His reply was ' I'm Wilfred just Wilfred'. I will never go to that store again. and there was no effort to get my food ready , when I received my order I was the only person there. everyone else's that came after me got there orders either eating or took it away. For a manager to treat his customers like **** and still have a don't care attitude. It was as if he owned the store and I meant nothing.
