KFC Coastlands Gatemax is Pathetic and Disgusting

Can you imagine taking the time, using your own money for data to place an order online because your lunchbreak is only 30 minutes so you really don't want any further delays, you then pay for the order online, call the branch again to confirm no delays, you call again one more time to to make sure and then you go to the branch and stand around waiting for the full 30 minutes without receiving any food or assistance... That is my experience with KFC, the fact that you have to go back to work hungry and without assistance makes me sick to the core. KFC Coastlands Gatemax does this to their customers and the manager is useless, doesn't even know how to help or even her own job. I demand that KFC provide me with a written apology for this experience and a full refund as I have still not received my food or assistance.

I have never experienced anything worse than this and I have no words to that will be permitted on this platform to express how I feel about KFC Coastlands Gatemax.
