KFC closes window on customer. No planing and Preparation

This is now the second time I don't get service at KFC New Road. I drove up to the window the lady looks me in the eyes and closes the window. Then I knock a other lady helps take the order then I pay after a few minutes she comes back ans says there is not ice cream. Then I ask for my slip they don't want to give it to me as they say they did a refund on the one item.

Every morning KFC new road is not ready for business. I can see 5 people standing their not doing anything. So no planning or preparation.
