KFC CLEARWATER MALL

I called this branch and placed an order at 13:13pm for delivery and I was told my order with take+- 35 minutes. At 14:00pm I called again and I was told the driver has left the store and he is on his way. 14:30pm my food was still not delivered and when I called again I was told they will follow up with the driver and I will get a call back. 14:37pm I called the store again for the fourth time and I was told that the driver will arrive in 15 minutes. My order was only delivered at 14:55. Almost two hours later...
