KFC Claremont CBD - Horrible Service

Hi,

I ordered from Claremont CBD at 17:50. As per your email below it should have been delivered within 30 minutes as it’s down the road from me. I only received a SMS at 18:53 that my order is finally being collected.

When trying to call your store, it just rings with nobody answering. My order finally came at 19:25. Although the driver said he arrived at 19:17, he was not at my address. It literally takes me 3 minutes to drive to the KFC store.

To make things worse, I only received half my order. I did not receive the streetwise 5 that I paid for.

This is unacceptable service and I will never use or recommend KFC. I would like this matter escalated. I want my order cancelled immediately and I want my money back as soon as possible. I will be taking this matter further.
