Kfc chuma mall

So i always buy my kfc from chuma mall its the second time now i get half cooked meals and have to wait in the drive through for 10-15min without anyone assisting you then when you finally get assisted the guy is very rude and just wants you to finish your order and still gets the order wrong, i habe tried to contact the head office i sent them pictures of the ******* meals i was served that i couldn't eat because it was half cooked but i still haven't received any feedback
