KFC chowed my money

I ordered KFC online at Doornpoort branch in Pretoria. I ordered the Sunday special for R99. I paid via Zapper but I got no confirmation message from KFC. I called them to enquire.. And they said they cannot find my order. I contacted customer service and was requested to send proof of payment.. Which I did.. From there I was called by different people requesting the same thing but I was never refunded. Shame on kfc.
