KFC Chicken pops almost causes my son to choke after we found a bone in it
<p>We bought small pops for my 14 month old son yesterday and when he ate one we noticed that he was gagging and we didnt not know what was happening. We then noticed him spitting out what we thought was a piece of chicken but was actually a chicken bone about 1 cm long. This is absolutely disgusting. We ordered this from the kiddies menu and no where does it state that we need to look for bones or bones may be present. My son could have choked and died.. When I phoned the store all they said was that they can replace the meal... Why would I want to order another choking hazard. I will be taking this further</p>

Well it would be great if someone got back to me. I laid a complaint with KFC on the 16th August and they collected the bone on the 17the August. I called on the 19th to find out what was happening and why was the bone being sent to a lab ect. The consultant rudely rep**** that she doesnt know why it was sent to the lab. I then followed up again on the 23rd and I spoke to a nice consultant for a change and she advised someone would get back to me but no one has.
This is a extremely serious matter and Im disgusted that not once has anyone called me to explain your process or let me know what is happening.

So I have still not had any feedback from KFC, I have called again today and the consultant says to me.. "what would you like me to do" Is that not great customer service for you. Absolutely disgusting.
If this issues is not resolved by the end of the day I will taking this further, If I have to go the legal route or go to the newspapers I will do so. My son could have died. And the chicken bone was 2cm not 1cm as I previously stated.
