KFC Cheats. U pay for them to give you a bad experience.

Absolute Cheats! A waste of hard earned money. Kfc Berea Center is one of the worst places Ever! I'd purchased a 6 piece family meal only to be given 3 wings & a breast piece so small it was same size as the wings. I wonder if kfc is serving chicken or ***eons! My workers day treat for my family ended up with me having to go cook after 8pm for my kids who were still hungry. There is no value for money at Berea center Kfc. I've lived here 10 yrs & the same owner had 2 Kfc shops on either side of my home. The first one which was right next to my home I had experienced the same bad service and bad quality. I did complain many times but the owner was never bothered to call me or try to rectify the problem. Back then I was purchasing Kfc from that place 3 times a week. Yet it did not matter. Anyway I'd stopped buying at KFC and they relocated that shop. The other one at Berea center same story. I had complained many times on hello Peter & didn't even recieve an apology. Last night after a very long time I decided to give it a try once more only to be disgusted by their service once again. The unfriendly sour faces is so off putting. When I placed my order I was asked to wait 30 mins. I'd thought maybe they were preparing fresh yet when I'd received my order nothing was hot or freshly made. Firstly the person that was making my order was putting together my order. Then she left it there and disappeared. I had to wait for her to return to ask her if I could take it. I had to ask her all the items to make sure they were there. She just said its there. Upon reaching home I found this measly meal which was not up to any stds. There was no s****s for the mash & gravies which were so dry hardly any gravy in them. The chips also measly amounts where hard to swallow as they were dry or not so fresh. The 6 pieces consisted off 3 wings, one center breast smaller than the wings & 2 normal sized pieces. The junior burger buns were burnt. They consisted merely of a burger a slap of sauce and one thin piece of lettuce that did not even cover half the bun. This was more like a left over meal. Its a shame that such an establishment which is so well recognized can deliver such pathetic goods and get away with it. Berea center recently has new stores open that offer quality for your money. Rather go to the shack & purchase a full chicken for R50 & they will give you one and a half chicken for R50. There u get more than your expectations & value for money. Or rather try Big Joe's which offers you R20 for a jumbo burger & fries or 39 for 2 large schwarmas. They have great menus their staff is friendly & polite. This KFC won't last long. They are used to duping customers by serving bad quality/quantity for such high prices. KFC thats all KFC increase their prices but these stores decrease portion sizes. Its not worth it. I've paid KFC for the bad experience they've given me. I know nothing will come of this complaint as the owner doesn't care he is tarnishing the brand KFC, but I want to warn others of this place. There has never been a time I've had a good experience there. Neither do They ever have their soft serve machines on to serve ice cream. I live next to the center & shop there daily. So take it from me & rather choose another place.
