KFC cheating me out of my money ?????

I placed an order via online on the 28th of May 2021 ,they deducted the money from my account but I never got a confirmation of my order ,I phoned the branch that was suppose to fulfill my order they could not help as there was no order number I then phoned their customer care at first they did not know what had happened then the next day which is the 29th I called them again and a ladies who answered my call said they had technician issues hence the was no order number generated she then sent me a Case number and asked me to respond to her email which I did she then asked for a bank statement I sent it till to today I have not received any feedback from KFC let alone my money .
