KFC Chatsworth Centre and Mr D

I'm highly disappointed with KFC Chatsworth and Mr D. I placed an order around 19:53, after 1 hour 30 minutes my order was still not delivered. When I called them I was told that the order was picked up by Mr D and canceled. This was very frustrating as I waited for so long for my order and my money was deducted from my account. Poor service, I'm very disappointed. #dissapointed Customer ***
