KFC - Charged but didn't deliver
I placed an order (sweet chilli wrap) for delivery through the KFC call centre. I specifically told the guy that I didn't want tomato in the wrap, and to have cheese added. My order arrived and there was NO tomato and NO CHEESE, but I WAS CHARGED FOR CHEESE.
