KFC changes online order requested pick up points without notification.

On *** I ordered kfc online to collect from Victory park. When i got there i found kfc had changed the collection point to BramFischer. Why would they do this, and why didnt they alert me online while i was busy placing and paying for the order. I contacted customer service for an explanation and all they said was they would do a refund. which I still haven't received. Who gets to hear about these complaints and fix the issues, if the Call centre agents just gives a quick temporary solutions.
