KFC, Ceres - Bypassing the system

Yesterday (18/02/2018) I went to KFC for a meal, not just did I wait forever I noticed something was wrong. As I stood there and waited for my order I noticed that the KFC staff wrote the order off from the screen and remove it from the system as completed even though the customers are still standing there waiting for the orders. Is this so they can seem productive on the system? I even noticed a few times that they don't write the order off correctly then they ask the customer for their KFC slip to see what they ordered. Pathetic service from them.
