KFC Century City

I sent my husband and brother to get some supper 6/01/2020 @ the Century City branch in Milnerton . The order was placed with specifics asked for. I received X2 zinger burgers without zinger sauce as I asked and the burger buns were burnt. Also the chicken pieces I requested were not given. When I returned with they burger the teller was reluctant and said it's normal. The buns were burnt besides the fact that they were not even given zinger burgers. Eventually and very reluctantly 1 burger was replaced still not a zinger burger. I am so not happy with this. The drive through was not busy at all so there was no reason the order was messed up.
