KFC Celtis Ridge *** KFC

its *** I ordered online then after 2hours they cancelled my order but my money R288.20 wasn't refunded till NOw . Bad services these people are ******.. I called their customer service and they said they would call me back but they ddnt. When I call them they they are no longer picking up.. I went to the store that my order went through they said they do not deal with online payments only customer service finance deals with it.. We Need teh Refund now or we need our food
