KFC

Went to KFC Plettenberg Bay for a bucket for 1. Once again it was served in a box. The lady's comment was that they are out of stock with the buckets. I phoned customer care on several occasions to complaint but no feedback nor a satisfied answer. Kfc have the worst of worse customer service.i will be going on Social Media as I have sent them a mail 11h13 today and no response.
